Boiled chicken breast and late night post workout meal

      So two part question.
      1. Anyone have a good boiled chicken breast recipe? I feel it may be easier to boil compared to grilling.
      2. What do you guys recommended for a post workout meal for a late night workout. I'm talking go to the gym come home and go to sleep right away.

Bake the chicken. Easy. Set oven throw it in. Take it out. To retain juices put a light coat of peanut oil on the oan and drizzle over the chicken before baking. 350.

Late night I eat about 8-12oz of Skyr (Icelandic yougurt) super protien & nutrient dense, calms stomach, makes me sleepy.

Boiled chicken breast and late night post workout meal

I like cottage cheese for the long- acting casein proteins. If I boil a whole chicken, I let rest until I can handle it and revome skin, pull off meat, shred it with fork, and season w spicy or regular taco seasonings. You can eat plain or add to anything. Cheap too!

      2. Post workout meal- chicken, rice/sweet potato, greens. 2 pieces of fresh fruit

      Max
