Meal 1- 7oz cube steaks, 2 eggs, 2 slices Dave’s killer Bread, 2 bananas, 16 oz Fairlife FF Milk
Meal 2- 7oz chx brst- Calrose rice 100g
Meal 3- 75g Whey isolate, 125 gr simple/complex carbs, water
Meal 4- 3 Hamburgers (1/3lb each)
Meal 5- 75g whey Isolate/ 125gr complex carbs(waxy maize,trehalose, and carbogen)
Meal 6- 8 oz chx tenderloins w bbq sauce, 2 Yukon gold potatoes roasted w FF ranch and herbs.
1.5 gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily

That's impossible to answer. Everyone is different. Some can handle high carbs and some can't. Same goes with fats

I’ve been crushing salmon patty’s lately. Nice little change of pace.

How much do you weigh? I’d shoot for more protein and fiber (get this from veggies). I personally aim for at least 300 grams of protein when bulking. Sometimes more depending on how heavy my bulk is.
