This diet/lifestyle is expensive and worth every penny. Especially for lifters that have medical issues like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, auto immune disorders, etc. It is also popular across the world because it eliminates as much of the processed, enriched, antibiotic/hormone filled foods from your diet. Of course WHOLE FOODS aka. WHOLE PAYCHECK is willing to take
your money but, with coupons and online research, you can find great deals and stock up; especially @ Costco or Sam’s Club. Buying Local and going to Farmers Markets is also going to provide the best nutrients as well. It is proven that local, fresh fruit and produce had a higher nutritional, antioxidants, and vitamins than store bought foods. Every time I cycle or blast; my BP/HR, Lipids, and LDL/HDL ratios get messed up. I tried this diet while on 100mg weekly TRT w 25mg of Proviron and my bloodwork came back good
Bloodwork on 100mg a Week of TRT{Test E}:
January 2020 bloodwork while on trt (100mg a week- Test E):
Test Total: 1009ng/dl (range: 250-1100)
Test Free: 181 pg/ml (range: 35-155)
SHBG: 34 nmol/L (range: 10-50)
Estradiol: 29 pg/ml (range: less than 39)
Prolocatin: 7.0 ng/ml (range: 2-18)
FSH: .8 mIU/ml (range: 1.6-8)
LH: .3 mIU/ml (range: 1.5-9.3)
I was taking 100mg per week of Testosterone Enanthate by Westward Ph*********** and 25mg of proviron daily. I look forward to blasting soon!! I’ll definitely be posting

Solid Max! That sounds like a healthy ass diet!!! Can’t go wrong with that. I must ask.. do you think the diet played a roll in your Test number? All that good stuff running through your system I would imagine it did.

100%. It changed everything for me personally. Remove the junk and it removes the gunk!

Anyone do the Vertical diet here? That’s been my approach the past few months, and I like it a lot. I take a little bit of liberty with it, but that’s life.

I use the 90:10 approach and enjoy some good cheat meals like bacon cheeseburgers and pizza!

Right, of course. The vertical diet is built on low FODMAP foods so grains are out but Efferding says not to take any of it as gospel... if a little grains, or cauliflower(also rough on the GI) doesn’t bother you, then it’s ok to have some. But probably not optimal to eat it every day. I also don’t do all beef, cause it’s expensive- I eat some chicken. So 1 chicken meal most days and I like to use grocery store rotisserie chickens and make quick easy enchiladas a couple days a week just for some much needed variety. And instead of just plain rice, I’ll sometimes make a nice rice noodle salad... and then throw some steak tips or fish on top for a tasty meal.
All about making it work for you!

Yo Max is this in the wrong Section? I mean I don't care so that's why I'm asking. Maybe Diet Section......either way no big deal.
