      Dnp

      I know Pain has a sticky post on dnp. Who here uses it or has used it?

      I’m running it now. 250mg first 14 days and last 14 days at 400mg.

      2 years ago I went from 10-7% on 400mg daily with cardio 2x a day for 28 days.

      Never touched it but always been interested. Done several preps with eca stacks and done with clen/t3. Would like to hear experiences with DNP

      I personally think DNP is far superior to all of those... even put together. Although a good eca stack (or any good stimulant) can be useful at the end of a hard dieting phase. DNP gets a bad rap in many ways because when run at a sensible dose and with a good diet it's super effective and perfectly safe. Now some people take massive amounts and feel like death for 1 week and sure it will destroy fat but it's stupid and dangerous to run it like that. An example I have known people to take approx 1.5g and barely be able to function and be on fire for a week and just to lose fat. They may have lost 20-30 pounds of fat but it's beyond stupid to put your body through that. You also hear of random stories usually involving a fat girl who doesn't know how to diet or take drugs responsibly messing up on dnp as well. Things like taking 3 caps and not eating/drinking all day then taking another 3 caps pre bed and ending up in hospital.

      Now DNP is also no joke because when I tried 2 caps once I had a big allergic reaction and my eyelid enlarged. I woke up looked in the mirror and instantly went to the doctors However that is very rare and why I recommend using a standard anti-histamine when using it. Nothing comes close to the fat burning and even at 1 cap I get great results and feel great whilst I run it. It's only when the dose is pushed (unless someone is extra sensitive) that people start overheating and feel like shit and have no energy. Use a sensible dose and eat a diet of restricted calories but nutrient dense foods with plenty of fluids throughout the day and most will feel good and get great results. I recommend taking a low dose for longer as opposed to a high dose for short durations. Depending upon the person and the amount of fat that needs to be lost I would recommend approx 250mg for 2-6 weeks.

      Interesting anecdote on the allergic reaction. Are there any other allergies that correlate with DNP reactions or is it just random? I'd like to give it a try at some point but I'm fairly new here so I figured I should start with logging activity, diet, and weight for a bit.

      I've used it and it works wonder. Just go very slowly with your dose. When you go too high you will feel the heat which can be dangerous. If you eat carbs the heat will intensify greatly. There is debate on whether to avoid carbs or to eat them to sweat more and in turn lost more weight. I just ate like regular. I think it would be awesome to keep on hand for like a super cold winter, lol.

      DNP works great but you have to be smart about using it. I personally never go above 400-500 mgs per day. There was a guy in my gym who was in great shape and smart but went overboard with DNP and overdosed on it. Supposedly he took 8 250 mg capsules at one time. Don’t know if it’s true, but that’s the story.

      DNP works great but you have to respect it. start off with a low dose 150mg a day and see how you feel by day 7. The half life is about 3 days give or take so remember to respect it.. to much at once and you DEAD

      I’ve been wanting to try DNP but before I do want to ask is it a stimulant like Ephedra at all?

      I have used DNP on and off for years. I find that the quality and potency varies between providers, but generally 200mg per day does the trick. Highest i ever went was 600mg per day and i was sweating like a pig constantly. But the side affects are real... for me it was lethargy.. feeling tired.. it's manageable at 200mg without affecting workouts.. but everyone will be different. But as you will see in all the threads, DNP is no joke, treat it with respect and you should be fine.

      DNP can cause an histamine response so that's why an anti-histamine is useful. Some guys when dieting also struggle to sleep so adding in a drowsy one such as benadryl is smart because it helps in both regards. I should add even just the dieting can cause sleep issues but the potential heat from dnp is another factor as is the fact many use stimulants when also dieting. DNP is not a stimulant so you don't have to worry about that. If anything it can cause fatigue but when using a sensible dose that should be manageable. I struggle from fatigue without dnp so it can hit me hard but I can still train just as hard but a good preworkout will always help. We sell all the fatburners but you only see me really recommending DNP because it's the best by far and you can get incredible results from it with minimal side effects. It's quite simple just stick to 1 x 250mg cap and you could start that EOD to see how your respond and after 1 week if you are fine move up to 1 cap daily. That combined with an effective diet and the results are incredible. I would much rather do that then use the likes of clen (which we sell) and you feel edgy and are shaking in the gym.
