I have used DNP on and off for years. I find that the quality and potency varies between providers, but generally 200mg per day does the trick. Highest i ever went was 600mg per day and i was sweating like a pig constantly. But the side affects are real... for me it was lethargy.. feeling tired.. it's manageable at 200mg without affecting workouts.. but everyone will be different. But as you will see in all the threads, DNP is no joke, treat it with respect and you should be fine.
