Nice. I definitely talk about them more than anything else with my clients and family. If you think about it, if your macros are shit...your spinning your wheels! That is why you see the guy who trains super hard at the gym and remains the same and others change in weeks/months. In fact, an out of town pretty famous gym owner came in and is tall, slim legs (wrapped because he had injuries) and the dude was proper squatting 5 plates per side!! Strength and How you look are two separate goals.
