We love to talk about the compounds, cycles, etc but we rarely talk about diet and how the macros work in out body at certain times. Broderick Chavez is one of my favorites to listen to

Nice. I definitely talk about them more than anything else with my clients and family. If you think about it, if your macros are shit...your spinning your wheels! That is why you see the guy who trains super hard at the gym and remains the same and others change in weeks/months. In fact, an out of town pretty famous gym owner came in and is tall, slim legs (wrapped because he had injuries) and the dude was proper squatting 5 plates per side!! Strength and How you look are two separate goals.

Couldnt agree more!! I dont think I look like 510 deadlifter(1 rep) or 330 bencher but here we are. And another thing i practice is carbs post workout. Everybody swears protein protein protein. And yes I take down a whey shake for good measure but its the carbs I focus on hence the choc milk and rice cereal. I say, assuming we get our protein for the day, we have our amino acid pool there and its the glucose and muscle glycogen we use up during training. What say you?
Im only half way thru this vid need to finish it.

People disagree on how much your body can process and I can say that it works for me. Obviously this is not recommended for all natty. When your on a test/gh program you can process a lot and recover/repair soooo much quicker than the average joe. IME.

Yes.Hbcd{damn text). It is highly branched cyclic dextrin. It is a super fast digesting carb and does not mess w my stomach. It also gives a great pump during training. Still haven’t decided if it is worth the $$, it is but, not on a budget.

Hells Yeah. That is my favorite besides Monstadon or Truenutrition{for plain}. Redcon1 has a good one; Cluster Bomb too but it’s even more $$. I know a guy so I get discounts which is nice.
