      Cool 6 months My Body transformation From fat to fit Daily talk

      Hey there Stan aka Amenojaku here with my road to FIT again.

      I did this already a few times in my life, so this time I will share everything that I do , eat and train.

      Today is the 14th Day of my Road. I will do a 6 Months From Fat to Fit. I will daily do Live video (info, like a talk show) on youtube and twitch , were with the help of a program I will put everything on paper , how much and what i eat, protein , fat , carbs and total of calories.

      I started with 175 cm / 96 kg / with the bf close to 26%. With all the info and all the knowledge that I have I will try focus hitting that 15% Bf with the 88kg. I have some fixed goals that will be hard to get but if we have the will power and focus we can achieve everything.

      In my First week i went from 96 to 93,3 With a loss of 2.7 kg , main focus is to lose 1 kg per week. 1 w is easy to lose more because of the extra water-retention.
      Today will stream my day of eating what and when and I will upload some pictures.

      I will also like to engage in too talking with you guys who might wanna do this as well. I am not a doctor or a well payed person. I work 10 h a day train 1-2 h train and spend time with my family. I will like to do more but mb is just me , i fell that there is not enough time for more.

      I will also put in here every day / my day of eating and pictures plus if i have time, will also put info what and how i trained.

      Day 14 of my 6 months from fat to fit.

      700 calories 65 protein 45 carbs 6.5 fiber 28 fat.

      1 black coffee, 250 g Trout farmed , 1 lemon , 150 green beans , 8 g olive oil , 500 g watermelon , coca cola zero 500 ml. Fasting for 19 h

      What i eat today. No train just a walk in the morning with no exercises.

      Week 1 - Start #96 kg = end of week 1 #93.3 kg
      Week 2 - Start #93.3 kg = ....


      Goal for the 6 Months

      10-15% BF . I should reach that 15 % after 8 weeks if I can lose 1 kg / week.

      I know the first 2 weeks mb 3 (result of already losing 2.7kg 1st week) will be easy , week 4 the fun starts.

      Train hard , harder , harderrr even harderrrrrrrr than last time XD

      But hey Stay Healthy and Play Smart !!

      Hello guys end of day 15.

      Happy to say that W2 ended with a smile on my face . I have lost 1.4 kg this week. Was it easy ? Fuck no XD !!! WIll i do it again ? Hell YEEEEEE!

      So W1 Start 96 kg end 93.3 kg
      W2 Start 93.3 kg End 91.9 Kg

      So far all good in the hood. Fun kinda starts now XD.

      Today I have fasted 17 h. Started eating at 12:30
      Start of the day on 6:45 Black coffee

      12:30 Meal 1
      50 g White mushrooms raw, 75 g lean 2% chopped bacon , green onions entire` 61 g , 10 g garlic , 4 eggs , 115 g protein bread *pork steak 65g

      This will be 85 g Protein , 22.5 g fiber , 45 g fat , and 60 g carbs and total of 870 kcal

      Since I can eat 1 time at work , this is my breakfast and Pre workout meal.

      I end my work at 15:50 and hit the gym at 16: 05 ( today was nice I did not need to stay at work till 17:00 .... that is normal. If that happens I hit gym at 17 20 and home at 19 :00 or close depends how much i train)

      Today home at 17:50

      Did a fast protein shake 20 g 14.5g protein 71 kcal

      After 45 min I get

      Meal 2

      200 g Trout farmed , 1 lemon , 200 g watermelon to kill my need of sweet

      49.5 g Protein , 15 g fat , 18 g carbs , 2.4 g fiber and a total of 412 kcal

      And i Stop XD for today in a fasting till tomorrow on 12/ 12:30 / 13:00 depends how work is.


      Happy that for now is all good , thing is now the hard part is going to start. I will try eat cleaner and less but still rich in Protein , healthy fats and fibers ( carbs for as long as I can will try to keep them low , mb have a day in the week to fill up like some rice or a protein pizza , god knows )

      Hello day 16


      Morning weight in 91.9 kg . Good that I am keeping it and not gaining XD
      Day 16 of the 6 M transformation - Album on Imgur Full day of what I ended up eating .
      Day 16 Total - Album on Imgur Total Protein Carbs Fat and kcal

      - To maintain current 91.9 kg 1853 Kcal ( but here is missing that i work 10 h / train 1/2 h ) Will add a 800 kcal so more or less I burn during the day 2650 still in a deficit of 780 (problem of today I ate 200 g of extra grilled meat so ye extra 400 kcal XD hope i did not sabotage my day )


      Training was hard and intense , Started with super squats ( it is a book old book good book ) After that I focus on the muscle grp i wanted to work.
      Intense and for sure harder than yesterday.
      Do to the tiredness I will keep it short today and looking forward to see what tomorrow is going to happen.

      Today I did a pause from gym, I am still in pain from yesterday .

      193 g Protein , 125 Carbs , 43 fat Total of 1725kcal

      Good training although I have a small injury right side pectineus ( I have pushed a bit too hard )
      Hope that tomorrow is going to be better.

      Day 19 Full day of eat and what / how i did it


      Training today was very good. I am still injured but hopefully by the end up next week I can go ham on legs again.
      Goal will be for this week to lose another 1 kg , hard but IL try my best !!
      Tomorrow I will go work and after shop for some food. After I will hit the gym all this time I will be in the fasting so ye tomorrow I will try to hit a bigger deficit.

      I feel good , more energy every day and I notice the changing , I start noticing again how important is too eat healthy and to f...g do sports not just finger sports XD if you know what I mean.

      Since I started I don`t have that I need / must play daily something on my PC. I won`t lie Il play some but I don`t have A lot of time to do it (i figured that there are more important things to do)
      Total calories for today 1400 *il round them up
      144 Protein , 106 carbs ,42 fat, 12 g fiber
