That is how I do mine but it is so much better than eating week old rice, chicken and asparagus. Micorwaved steak is for shit too. Times like this I wish a personal chef was in the budget.

I tried the whole Meal Prep thing and believe it or not it didn't work for me. I mean I'm not going into competition, I'm not trying to lose weight, none of those things. I did it for convenience, pretty much.
Mad time went on I just didn't want to stomach the same food over and over again everyday. So now , what I do , is get up at least an hour early in the morning and I make a quick , easy , 4 meals for the day, this is to say that I'm working that day. It's SO much easier , for me , and I don't have to eat the same thing over and over. It's whatever I feel like eating that day. It Works . If I'm not working that day, then I'll make breakfast in the morning, and throughout the day I'll eat whatever I feel when I get hungry. I may even go out to eat by myself . Go by feel.

Yeah im starting to develope that kinda feeling towards it myself lol.
Im just bustin my ass trying to put on size so im doing everything OCD lvl detail atm. Once i get more comfortable eyeballing it and don't feel the need to measure out every gram itll be allot easier.
Ive stuck to all low lvl cycles as well trying to do things the right way and take it slow but im at the point where training and nutrition has been on point for a long time and ive got years of low dose cycles under my belt so its just time for me to pull the trigger and actually start higher lvl stacked bulking cycles.
Havent found a source i trust enough to buy a bulk order of gear so just being patient and waiting till it falls into place.

I feel ya. Its just that my schedule is nuts during the week so prepping every night is hell.
Ive actually managed to set it up so it all still tastes pretty damn good, even a week later.
Immediately after i prep all the meals they go into a commercial grade deep freeze ice chest.
Drops down to -15 degrees!
I just take out my meals for that day the morning of and put um in a cooler. They thaw as the day goes on naturally.
I carry a microwave in my work van and just heat my meals up and eat every 2 or 3 hrs.
Or if im on the road i just hit a gas station, 7-11, etc and use their microwave.

Good morning, oldskool. What I've done the last several years is to take leftovers from dinner the night before. You can always increase or decrease protein and carbs the next morning. This way it's still pretty fresh. I used to meal prep on Sunday as well but took up a lot of time and shit got dry a lot. But I'm not trying to tell a man how or what to eat, just throwing out suggestions. Haha...
Enjoy that meat!! Good times!!
