So when you all enjoy your weekends, how much can your weight swing up?
Coming from being very lean and likely flat and depleted, a weekend of drinks and eating like a normal human or enjoying myself I can fluctuate up about 10 to 12 lbs, and if I clean things up by Friday tnnthe end of the week I usually am back to where I was.
That said, I feel like there is a out a 5 to 7 lb increase to be expected of just residual water or carbs when coming out of a very long diet.
What do y'all think? What are your experiences?
