Great article. I guess it depends on your goals...i prefer athletic look with a slower muscle gain. I take the vegetable approach and plenty of proteins. While i never aspire to be a body builder, it absolutely would take a healthy dose of both carbs and protein to get huge gains, unfortunately I never like my look, if over 12% body fat.
Good read. Its not all about the carbs.
