I hate the new pills. They are so small they keep breaking when I try to get them through the foil. LOL
BTW- I read a study recently that
An EC stack was only 5% effective at weight loss , clen was something like 30%, and DNP like 60%.
I didn’t go into the details of the study because
an EC stack has its place with me, as does clen. I gues DNP also, but I have no experience.
I do not use aspirin because studies show that there is no benefit unless you are significantly obese.

I recently got some advice from someone I trust and he said to add green tea extract (egcg) instead of aspirin and I tried it and noticed a big difference.

Eca may be only 5% effective, but clen can cause heart problems if used incorrectly (pyramid up then off on the weekend...repeat). Dnp if used wrong will end your life. Fat loss is done in the kitchen and the cardio equipment...the drugs just help a little more. Some work better than others but the risk to your health is greater with the stronger options. Just know what you are doing...do not just wing it.
