Ah man yea I totally agree. Good advice to that your giving to your ppl. It’s hard to get 2g of whole food protein per lb of body weight in for me. If I don’t supplement with a good quality whey or egg then I fail every time.
My wife has a bow flex max trainer but I’m wanting a simple bike. Little easier on the knees for me personally but jump ropes are overlooked and awesome for the calves! Lower impact on knees too. Sex...well hell yea that’s #1 for cardio and core lol.
