You and i are close on that. That's the way too go for myself. I eat wild seafood, game and clean veggies. Dont count calories really because my diet stays consistent and i do pretty heavy cardio yr around for the ticker and overall benefits from it. I fucked the tendons in my foot and ankle pretty bad a few months back and couldn't do cardio so i had no choice but to count calories. Nice read guys

I've noticed many similarities between us, age range, diet, etc. At this point I look at food in micro nutrients not macros. If the food source isn't for micro nutrients it falls in the category of eating just for taste, this is usually sweets and treats. To make it easier to not get fat when I eat for taste I find ways to lower the caloric load, basically "diet or healthy" desserts. It's sustainable and I don't fall of the wagon every few weeks and binge on a ton of cookies and cakes because I still get those things enjoy. Believe it or not I adopted that from Greg Doucette, it really does make eating less of a mental and physical yo yo.

Yeah I'm 30. Your belly is leaner then mine though. I have veins in my stomach but not abs like a lot of people i see on here. Bro i like him. I find him informative and smart. Him talking like a goof gets old. He knows his shit though. Great shape in my opinion too. I like Bostin Loyd too. I hired him awhile ago. He doesn't push that crazy drug use on anybody or at least he didn't with me

It sounds like you follow almost like a keto/carnivore diet hybrid, is that accurate? If so as long as it doesn't throw your lipids out of whack just replace the carbs with fats. I mean on days I'm low on calories I'll take a few swiggs of organic flax seed oil to get some healthy omega 3s in and bolster my overall calorie for the day. Not saying you have to do the same, but finding not filling healthy calories like omega 3 rich foods goes a long way to improving general health and getting more calories in. Maybe others will chime in with tips they use. I hope you can reach your diet goals bro.
