      Not tracking calories just:
      360g protein
      450-500g carbs
      Not tracking fat

      Supplementing one meal per day with 1 serving of Redon1 MRE

      No snacks all meals with a shit ton of fruit.

      I’m doing the same thing. Keeping my proteins close to 250-285 and I’ve increased my carbs quite a bit. Not really tracking how much I’m eating but I’m eating More than I ever have cause I’m about to start this log and it’ll be the first major just strictly “bulking” so I’ll be gaining some bf but it’ll be ok. Haha my goal it to hit 225 with abs when I cut for summer. I’m currently 235lbs

      300 protein
      425 carbs
      100 fat

      But sometimes I'll have higher fat and drop a few carbs to adjust for the difference.

      Hell If ur an ecto u can get away with the extra bf no problem. Carbs stick to me like a whores squirt.

      Got a good plan sounds like and u running that log will be killer for ur progress.

      I noticed that when I intake 1.5-2g of protein per lb of lean body mass I am much stronger and gain more for sure. 1g being more maintenance for me personally.

      Oh and if I don’t do cardio every day I will definitely turn into a fat ass with all that eating. Damn fat genes but I’m keeping my bulk cheaper on the food scale and just trying to get it all in. Def won’t be the higher quality foods I just won’t be able to afford it shit is it expensive to eat like that.

      See my protein has always been high than my carbs. I’ve done carb cycling in the past for some quick shreds. Carb cycling has actually worked quite well for me over the years. I do know my energy levels on the 3rd days with 0-50 carbs are low and I’m moody like crazy but the results have been great for me.
      I’m currently changing things up and will be doing a carb cycle.
      I’ll do
      Days 1-3 0-50 carbs a day
      Day 4 I’ll re-feed and consume 2-300g of carbs. Then repeat.

      Yeah I typically tell peole 1-2grams of protein per lbs of body weight depending on their goals.. 1-1.5 for losing weight and or maintain. 2 to grow. But when I do 2 grams per lb I feel great. Strength and stamina for my long workouts is there but the extra fluf is something I don’t care for.. cardio is something I’ve honestly never done other than on the treadmill for warm ups of after workouts to burn a few extra calories. The cardio that helps me the best is sex and jump rope between sets.

      Ah man yea I totally agree. Good advice to that your giving to your ppl. It’s hard to get 2g of whole food protein per lb of body weight in for me. If I don’t supplement with a good quality whey or egg then I fail every time.

      My wife has a bow flex max trainer but I’m wanting a simple bike. Little easier on the knees for me personally but jump ropes are overlooked and awesome for the calves! Lower impact on knees too. Sex...well hell yea that’s #1 for cardio and core lol.

      Mine doesn't really change much aside from swapping out leaner protein sources in the summer. Other than that it's all organic/home grown fruits, veggies, grains, grass fed or wild game protein sources, wild caught seafood. I don't track macros or calories very close anymore because of this consistency, I do aim for plenty of protein though. The carbs and fats fall where they may.
