Calorie surplus or Maintenance calories when on cycle?
Hello guys and gals. Would like opinions about when you are on a cycle do you record food intake? and if so do you eat in a surplus or maintenance range? Obviously when on cycle goals are to gain as much size as possible, but can eating to much in a surplus plus the use of testosterone just create fat/water?? would love to hear how you guys and gals maintain a level of body fat will still creating size.

Dont over think it. Surplus if ur wanting to gain size or you wont gain size, PERIOD. There's usually no way around a little water retention but thats a good thing in gaining phase. Just don't be eating fast food and shit all the time. As far as fat goes, if you're on cycle you're body's gonna partition nutrients so good that fat gain wont be a problem usually assuming eating mostly clean and you're not in some crazy 1500-2000 cal surplus. Only way to know this is to, yes, track ur food at least periodically
