athletic greens
anybody use them?
i use some greens supplements that aren't as expensive, because i'm sure i don't eat enough veggies.
but they read like they are so much better (lots of hype) but are they any better at all?

I've never used them I have been curious about this as well, but te most important things about greens are being fresh and when when u powder them and make pills I wonder of they carry te ssame nutrients?

I wouldn't rely on them to replace any veggies. I would stick with adding in veggies at every meal it's part of the game.

im sure the salesman at gnc will tell u there better than veggies , then try and sell you their new creatine 3,000 and say ur gona look like the guy on the box haha

Yea exactly it may have some benefit but won't replace fresh shit.
