      so ur saying after i workout i shouldnt go to mccdonalds anymore? damnit haha just kidding , but thats a good read , before my grandfather passed away he was on a very strict diet bc of his heart, so everything had to be low or no sodium and thats wen i really starting looking into what i eat and i was blown away by all the additives and bad shit put in food , and the worst part is , its EXPENSIVE to eat healthy. u go to the grocery store for some ground meat and the 90/10 is twice as much as the 80/20, then u want to get some turkey bacon instead of regular , twice as much etc etc

      for post workout white rice is excellent. the high glycemic carbs absorb better. IMO

      Maybe, these are things we were told for a very long time there are other sources we can use, this article is for health not bodybuilding, the KEY IS TO BRING HEALTHY HABITS INTO BODYBUILDING TO PRESEVE OURSELVES LONGER! I wanna like to be 200 haha jp

      Right on definitely a good a rule of thumb for general health. Myself i love eating white rice and even a bit of quality white bread here and there. Especially when trying to get bigger and stronger

      Believe it or not, I know a guy who is about 6'2 260lbs around 10% and for his post workout he eats 2 double cheese burgers from Mcdees

      If you compare the avg portion size that Asians eat, they are vastly smaller.
