I cut my drinking down to almost nothing these days... I remember my first cycle ever was my first year in college I went from 140 to around 185 in about 6 months and was about 10% bf... shortly after we partied all summer and most of my gains and hard work were gone... I still was in the gym everyday but would be drinking and partying every night. alcohol and BB don't mix. a can of beer is about 143 calories and when you down a case of them in a night that's over 3,400 calories... they just don't mix...

Agreed. Alcohol almost ruined my life. After back to back deployments, learned that ptsd and alcohol don't mix ever.

totally agree i rarely drink at all for that fact drinking isnt that bad in moderation a ccouple drink every couple months but if you drink every week end its gonna kill your gains. I think alcolol is the biggest muscle killer. First off it dyhydrates your body when we need tons of water. love the read totally true ive seen a friend go from a ripped 230 7 percent bf and keep training and was drinking a 12 pack everyday to a 240 26 percent bodyfat he lost alot of muscle and gained alot of fat he still had some strenth but drinking and BB def dont mix excellent post
