      So last night was Chicken Cutlets again with homemade gravy and a little Habanero Sauce ,Lobster & Crab Salad with Peppers ,, Corn on the Cob and a little High Protein Potato Salad...

      Always have a Ultra High Protein Shake immediately after my workouts followed by a High Protein meal about an Hour later..
