Thank you my friend. It was awesome actually.

Out all day with the family yesterday so didn't hit the Iron but got plenty of vitamin D from the sun and plenty of cardio from running around all day.

Tried a new Waterfront Seafood Restaurant and I had a Snowcrab/Seafood Salad Panini and my Gorgeous Goddess Wife had Stuffed Shrimp.We also cooled off with some cocktails...

So last night was a late night Steak Dinner after my workout.

Grilled Medium Rare Sirloin with Sweet Mashed Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob.

That's how a Steak should be...BLOODY!!!

Took the day off from the Iron to do Family day outside and enjoy the gorgeous sunny day. Stopped at a Mexican restaurant for food and drinks. I got a Jumbo Burrito stuffed with Shrimp, Chicken, and Beef and my Gorgeous Goddess Wife got a double burritos dish with rice and refried beans on the side..

Okay, so I filled up on Nachos and Beer at the Mexican restaurant yesterday so I couldn't finish my Jumbo Shrimp , Chicken and Beef Stuffed Burrito, so I had it for snack later and 3 Eggs Over Easy....
