Out all day with the family yesterday so didn't hit the Iron but got plenty of vitamin D from the sun and plenty of cardio from running around all day.
Tried a new Waterfront Seafood Restaurant and I had a Snowcrab/Seafood Salad Panini and my Gorgeous Goddess Wife had Stuffed Shrimp.We also cooled off with some cocktails...

So last night was a late night Steak Dinner after my workout.
Grilled Medium Rare Sirloin with Sweet Mashed Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob.
That's how a Steak should be...BLOODY!!!
