would two days on two days work or what about every other day has anyone tryed this?

Throw your clen in the garbage and get your diet all sexy like. Ever researched what clen does to the heart?

I tried some a couple of times and I couldn't hack it. I got on the treadmill everyday and changed my diet. I think most that do use it do it when they are trying to get rid of that last lil bit.

you know its crazy....back in the day people would say t3 was the bad stuff and clen was "safer" after research the tables have turned!

fuck clen, if I did anything like it, it would be albuteral.....im not gone lie, i have doneit, alot of people i know take clen for comps...not my cup of tea.

when dealing with t3, I recommend an anabolic to help preserve lean tissue.

Albuterol is a good alternative to Clen.
