      The information in this video, I would charge 50 bucks an hour to explain......If you watch entire video, take notes and grasp concepts...I ASSURE you you will be on point with ALL nutrition goals

      Milos explains how you eat 5000 calories and stay RIPPED! ITs all about macro and timing...this is why warrior diets are BS....because they are IF you are serious about bodybuilding.

      If you want to know how to cut....the end of the video he explains how the fat is lost while preserving tissue

      This isnt BS, its the real deal. Milos has a resume a mile long that includes IFBB pros, Olympic champions, ect ect....oh, he holds the record for most pro shows competed in....oh and the most aethically pleasing bber ever.

      I feel so strong about this video because towrads the end he SMASHES this bullshit yo yo dieting shit, that is fucking everyone up....ENJOY
