Looks good...but I think your cals might actually be a tad high to cut......depends on your cardio schedule and your weight lifting style.

Most of the cals are coming from protein which is good.. If u have a hard time losing fAt I recommend 2 sessions of cardio a day atleast twenty minute sessions.. Try doing one session of high intensity intervals! Also clen is gonna make cardio hard to do more than likely.. Eca will be suffice man and a lot safer!

Dont lower them ur carbs and fats are fine!!! However the first thin I would cut when the weight slows down is ur dairy. Then after ur dairy I would cut ur fruits.. However keep them in as long as ur not at a plateau

One more thing I noticed.. I would add in some carbs before the workout.. 1 cup of oats or something throw it in ur protein shake.. It's good that way.

thanx mizzou24 4 ur helpful advice. so i would add 1 cup of oats with the 1 scoop of whey pre-w/o? would the effects of the my pre-w/o supplement, hemo-rage, diminish with a full stomach? if so, how long would i have 2 wait after my shake 2 take my pre-w/o supp? would i have a better chance of losing more weight if i dropped the protein oz to bout 4oz instead of 8oz? still have bout 1wk 1/2 2 go b4 i start my proposed diet. what ive been doin is, writing my workouts n gathering all the supps i need, including writing this diet, so i hope u dont mind helping me out. till the next time

I don't see a problem with ur protein! U could wait 30 mins or so after u eat to take it hwieber I've never had a problem taking it right after my food
