So I’m getting older I have a few cycles under my belt but have to face the facts I’ll be 48 in may. I used to have to eat everything in the house and stay on bulk mode constantly and weight was always around 185 lean. Now my metabolism has slowed down got a few aches and pains but I’m in pretty good shape for 48. I’m going to run a low dose deca cycle starting the 15th and I’m lost on my diet. I’m 5’9 around 203 lbs got a little bit of a belly nothing crazy but what I used to eat would have me fat as a pig now. My protein intake will be a gram per lb of body weight but how many calories and carbs should I be shooting for? Not really trying to get shredded just strong more lean more healthy. It’s amazing how our bodies change as we get older. Anyone in this age range or care to comment I’d appreciate it. Dwnsouth
