any of you guys tried the chocolate egg whites from muscle egg? just got my order today poured me a glass and i must say its not bad at all. not sure when it was shipped but it was boxed up very nice and still extremely cold when i opened it

I have not tried them or that brand. I've been using eggwhites international and I have no complaints. Tasteless and oderless. I buy 4 gollons at a time and make shakes with them. How do you drink yours? My shake looks like this.

2 cups eggwhites.
1.5 cups ground oats
25 grams whey isolate
1 cup milk
2 table spoon almond butter
3/4 cup blueberries.

I do hate egg whites.. I've heard the yolk is important aswell.. Always preferred like 2-3 while eggs with my egg whites

Ok okkkkk I 5 a day, but spaced out and ground up with my meal, cheap highly effect protein.

I like to do 8 whites 2 wholes!
