      canned meats, protien bars, ect ect.....preparation. no excuses. How do you even work out with a schedule like that?

      I actually dont particularly like dounts, not with a decent amount of sleep. Just be good to have the extra help in the latter part of the job. So I can last. And the meth thing, I dont want to add to the idiots that are cheing their jaw...lol. Fucking skitzos walking around chewing their jaws is humorous and sad at the same time.

      Yes I pack my meals. But like I said before, coming up on 24 - 48 hours awake, your body wants something to help give it a rush and stay awake. Thats why at night you get your sugar pangs. It wants the sugar to kick start the brain. After fighting it for a while, I cant help it. Hence needing the extra help. Sucks, but Im at my wits end.

      Canned chicken, bagged tuna, the ready to eat brown rice. I can keep going!! I do all this when I'm on drills in the field and can't bring prepared meals.. It's very easy to do.. Yeah it don't taste the best but sometimes I gotta do what I gotta do.. Like I said quest protein bars are great with a great profile. Protein shakes mixed with water.. Canned veggies, beef mother fuckin jerky

      wife is on T3 and seeing some decent results at 50mcg ED (with little gym time), but that won't help your situation. I'm on 5iu's of GH a day and honestly can eat anything and not see any fat increase. Expensive, but worthy in my opinion. Like said, pack your meals and enter your macros into fitday or such. You might try grapes or some other sweet fruits, maybe some of that sugar free candy they sell at wally world? Be sure to stay near a portacan if you eat more than about 3-4 though! They'll definitely clean you out! lol best of luck sooner, will power!!!!! (think of that bikini you've been wanting! jk)
