I dont do drill work but I am in a labor demanding line of work. Last year I did a sixty day fresh veggie juice fast. Zero food for 60 days, a lot of the time going 3 16 hour shifts back to back and 21 days straight with out a day off. I lost 80lbs from that. Ive done it again since with added protein shakes for 10 days.
Maybe you could try something like that and add some fruit for sugar. Or one healthy meal a day along with shake fasting.
Anything I say is for entertainment purposes only. I do not condone the use of illegal supplements, nor do I use them myself.
ECA? ephedrine and what? Where is a good domestic source to get ephedrine? I know cheaperfarms but want domestic.
Thanks,Skinney
Skinney...I think youre asking what ECA is? ephedra, caffeine and aspirin.
Meal replacement shakes.......
its all carb manipulation
I am gonna agree with jdb3. You don't need to suppress your appetite. Working the way you do and the long hours you work, your body needs plenty of nutrients to keep up. You need to eat the right foods. I would start there before suppressing your appetite. I worked on an oil rig for a while so I know it is impossible to eat at the right times and you feel the need for sugar to stay awake. I have been there.
I was the same way but in less than a week, I killed my sugar cravings. First I cut out all soda and energy drinks and switched to just water and Gatorade. I took stackers for the caffiene after that but worked my way off of those as well and began eating little portions of healthy snacks throughout my shifts. It takes great discipline but if done right, it doesn't take long to kill the craving for sugar. Make that your main goal for now and the weight loss is sure to follow.
You have identified your sugar trigger as being loss of energy. Yogurt is not an option on the rig obviously so try almonds throughout your shift. Almonds contain omega 3's and omega 6's that aid in producing an alert mental state. As Mizzou said, Protein bar. It helps to have a healthy snack containing protein and complex carbohydrates.
It may seem obvious, but when the body is well-nourished, it doesn’t seek empty calories. It is also important to eat enough before and after work so that you’re not constantly craving food.
Start your day with something savory. You are more likely to trigger sugar cravings during the day if you eat something sweet for breakfast. Instead, choose the opposite, such as an omelet.
I normally recommend incorporating dietary changes gradually, but sugar cravings are best tackled cold turkey. Many people find that after three days of no sugar, the cravings stop completely. It did for me working over 80 hours a week.

Going to be 'stranded' for two days?
Then take the time to prepare two days worth of food. I could do it in your situation and I have done it in a worse case situation where there is NOTHING around to depend on but myself.
Stop making excuses and pretty much blaming your surroundings.
Actuated great advice. I typically work about 120 hours a week. Ill try the cold turkey for surgar. Its more at bay now. We shall see.
