Okay, so I need some info on helping suppress my hunger. I work in the oil field now and my big butt shows the side effects of 24 hour days and not much true time to dedicate to weight lifting. I start getting incredible hunger and sweet tooth pangs. I need help suppressing these. It gets worst later at night ofcourse. When I get tired and need sugar to help stay awake. If I could find something to suppress my appetite in the beginning and maybe to speed up metabolism, it would curb me. Yes Im well aware of the diet and exercise, but i cant help wanting more food later in the night. Any suggestions? Ive gained about 35 lbs. I cant stand this anymore!!!
