There are portable heaters and coolers that you can hook up to your trucks power source. if tyou dont have access to a power source on your truck or location, invest in a good cooler and freezer packs that will last you all day.
Can foods like tuna, almonds and other nuts don't need refrigeration either.
There are food bars out there that are actually not too bad.. Go grab a few and Read some labels to make sure there not loaded with sugar!

I found a refrigerated cooler. I have to be careful of it runs my truck battery, but works just the same. Now if there was a portable treadmill i could take along. lol
