need help with carb cycle help help
Okay i went from 190 to 179 was 14% body fat down to ten or 11 im on tren ace 400 mgs a week and prop 500 a week gonna bumb up the tren to 500 waiting for my t3 to come in ima keep it at 80 mcg so I lost some good amount of fat I just kept my carbs under 50 all week then refeed on sat so now I think its time to try a new carb cycle what you think is the best

I tried that carb cycling shit. Wasn't for me at all. I'd go thru days where I felt flat and small. My gym pumps sucked as well. But the days I had 200-300 grams of carbs a day, i felt good.

I alternate between a low carb and high carb day. Low carb with a refeed once a week kicked my ass

U can try refeeds every 3 days? Just keep them healthy refeeds

That's the best way to do it. Try to set it for you goal (ideal) weight and on high days go 1.25grams per pound and then on low days go .75gram per pund.. I did this for 8 weeks and lost 30lbs (w/o AAS) Lost no strength at all Max at 455 bench before and after 8 weeks.. I went from 225 to 195in weight, 18% to 8% BF. Trust me ou will feel flat and small but it's all in your head. and the compliment will come.
