Okay i went from 190 to 179 was 14% body fat down to ten or 11 im on tren ace 400 mgs a week and prop 500 a week gonna bumb up the tren to 500 waiting for my t3 to come in ima keep it at 80 mcg so I lost some good amount of fat I just kept my carbs under 50 all week then refeed on sat so now I think its time to try a new carb cycle what you think is the best
