after reading this makes me at least want to try a short cycle with dnp . sounds like most ppl that even try it and have bad issues aren't doing their home work .I would stick to a small but longer cycle I will never do more rthen 250 a day just to be safe and will definetly watch my sugar and keep up on v8 and vitamins .

If you do try a brief cycle, say 5-7 days, my advice is to do it on a week when you have not much going on personally and professionally. It is tough on the body, even at 200-250mg, and you will not be on your A game after about day 2. I've done a handful of DNP cycles was constantly tired and even nodding off at work. Prepare to drink a lot of water and crank up your AC. And if you do try, yes is it smart to stay at 250mg and really lower dose longer cycles is safer than double (or triple, which I believe is madness) medium length doses.

Test, real GH, and other gear/peptides I believe are healthy when used in a reasonable and informed manner. I'm not so sure about DNP, though no doubt it works.

Some of that stuff is really familiar. I ran DNP 15+ yrs ago and actually got it from the guy that wrote that "How to feel good on 600mg DNP/day". He went by the handle "Animal".

You just tickled the crap out of this biologist lol
This stuff sounds amazing and scary. The fact that it works by disrupting ATP production is crazy. It is a wonder companies haven't been finding a way to target ATP like that. Putting the cells in panic mode because, as you said, ATP is cell fuel an almost perfect way to force the body to use its reserves (fat). The fact that it is a phenol is what scares me. In organic chem we were taught that those compounds where always leathal. Great info. Thanks, PAiN !

Great Info. Looking to start my first cycle in a few days. Trying to get a solid base after taking some time off from the gym and building back up on it. Thanks for the info!

Wow, an amazing post regarding Dinitrophenol (DNP). I just read this full post. The primary function of DNP is to increase heat production in the body cells to make them less efficient with energy. Thanks for this nice sharing.

I know this an old thread but I’ll add my .02
I have used it 5 or 6 times. Stuff is amazing.

It will also reset your insulin sensitively and set you up for a crazy anabolic rebound. Using slin and anadrol or Superdrol you’ll gain 10-15lbs in a month but stay just as lean. Freaky shit!

You get used to the side effects the more you do it.
