I've consumed 400 plus a day and all it did was made me stink. I personally got no better gains in that 6 months as I do always with about 250-300. Just my opinion and experience.

I don't even use WHEY!!! Well, only one shake a day....Whole foods bro, that's where its at! All the pros I know hardly use any protein powder...whole food!
I stopped using protein powders a couple years ago, just decided im done spending so much damn money on the shit, you could by a whole cycle with what some people spend on supps that do nothing. Now i use whole foods only (mainly chicken) to get around 300 grams a day... way better
I agree wwhole foods is ideal, but it is good for a snack instea of eating a candy bar or if your on the go.

Who said I believed it? You never fully trust everything you read.. If u noticed I posted A few other articles about slin scandals and such. It's about knowing the facts. There is a little truth in every lie man! There are facts in there u jut have to research if Ur a skeptic.
Whole foods and Humapro by ALRI is what I use and love. I dropped whey 2 years ago and have not looked back.
