      Whats your all's opinion on egg whites powdered protein?
      My friend eats cooked egg whites all day long in between meals
      Ect ect.
      He Looks like a pro bodybuilder, says he goes through 4 or 5 dozen eggs a day
      He does juice and is on trt. One down side farts are deadly!

      I've never done the powder, I prefer whole omega-3 eggs cooked or hard boiled. My favorite brand is Christopher, they contain 660mg of omega-3's per egg. Eggs (whole) are a great source of vitamins and protein. They are also easy on the wallet.

      I eat 7 eggs in morning. Kai Green eats about 12. Get real eggs, not powder, You can do half egg white half whole egg. Only 1.5 sat fat per egg....and you do need some sat fat.
