20 oz egg whites
5 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Turkey pepperoni slices
Couple oz water
Favorite spices
And couple squirts of tapatio

Spray pan with some pam. Put pepperoni in the bottom of muffin pan, put cheese on top, add egg white/spice/water mix.

Cook @ 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Takes away my pizza cravings on low to no carb days!

Cheap and easy, less than $10 and 30 minutes!
