      advice for extreme weight loss

Friend of mines roomate is seriously overweight guys. Idk what to tell him as I've struggled to pack 210 on my frame so we are totally different. Hes desperate I feel for him he bout 5'8 280 lbs and but I will say he has lost 26 lbs. I try not to give him the drill srgnt attitude diet diet diet is what I been telling him. He been asking me what can he take what can he do. I told him before breakfast go for a jog. Jog as much as you can then walk then jog then you know whatever he can do. My thinking here is if he jogs or cardio before eating his body will use bf for energy instead of eating then jogging off what he just ate basically. He been lifting I recommened high reps moderate weight. He wants aas or something to help he asking me about tren mast and test prop. I went over hcg but my knowledge is limited here. Im telling him low fat low carbs high protein. What calorie range should he be looking at ? Any help for this young guy appreciated.

Have him look into keto diets like Atkins. He will eventually need to learn how to eat properly though, or he'll gain that weight right back once he feels comfortable with where he's at. This is something that I have had a great deal of problems with as I'm one of those guys that can gain muscle mass easily, but fat comes FAR easier if I'm not careful. I don't know how old he is, but he should also get his testosterone checked as obesity can cause low test and vice versa. If he does have low test, that will only make things more frustrating for him and twice as hard - I speak from experience on this.

Other than that, I'd stress less cardio (30 minutes a day is more than enough) and push resistance training. Cardio only burns calories while you do it; however, building muscle burns those calories all day and night long.

      My .02c

Diet and exercise bro and like halfwit said get his test levels checked out if he is low he should be on atleast TRT.

      How old is he?

Dedication and motivation will be the only way he will make it.

Cardio first thing in the AM on an empty stomach.

      Eat breakfast.

      Drop all sugars

Eat more fiber, fruits, whole grains, fiber, and proteins.

Drink LOTS of water. No cokes, energy drinks.

      Have food on you always.

Eat every 2-3 hours NO EXCUSES. I don't care what you do you can find time to power down some food or a snack.

Find out his daily caloric intake and start taking away 500 calories every week to keep up the weight loss.

Have a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio ed. Find an activity he enjoys doing as well and have that as an additional cardio session ed for example playing basketball, swimming, football etc...

Sleep atleast 8 hours every day.

Eat citrus and anything with Vitamin C. Vitamin C inhibits the production of cortisol, a hormone that essentially tells your body, 'Store fat.' Eat some grapefruit with breakfast.

Clean out your fridge and pantry. Get rid of anything that is unhealthy.

These are just a few tips to help out bro.

Anyone wanting to lose weight has to understand there is no quick cure!! It takes weeks and months to loose weight the correct way.. Pain has outlined a very good protocol to go by.. So in saying that follow what he said to a tee.. Very good advice ..
