So far ive lost 15lbs in the last 6 weeks and I have a cheat day like this about every 7 days. I know its a lot, I can definitely put it down.

Breakfast @ 8am

4 small danishes

1 small banana nut muffin (bite size)

1 large blueberry waffle with small amount of butter and sugar free syrup

4 scrambled eggs

Large scoop of O'Brien potatoes

3 pork sausage links

2 light n fit yogurts

2 large glasses of milk

1 cup coffee


12pm

1 light n fit yogurt

2 biscuits one with gravy one with jam

3pm

Chipoltle burrito double steak, double wrapped with 2 tortillas, brown cilantro rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, chips and salsa, large diet coke.

Peanut butter cup Mcflurry from McDonalds with added hot fudge

Pre bed snack was 12 dates and glass of milk.

Anyways thats a pretty epic cheat day for me, then I tone back down to my deficit and low to no carb for a week. Thats whats been working for me, what do you guys got?
