what are some good options with limited cooking
im currently in the mountains and make it to town when I can. im on a bulk cycle running test e and need some good ideas for quick protein with minimal cooking. so far I stocked up on alot of turkey chili and just eat that cold straight out the can and pb&j's. im already eating less than I would like to. is there any kinda canned stuff thats good or some other idea? have access to fridge and microwave. theres a few restaurants but it gets expensive.

I would not eat turkey chili or things like that. I would get some canned tuna, or canned chicken. Get some vegetables and things like that. Turkey chili, or anything like it has a lot of sodium and will bloat you up!

Processed food is No good for you. That is gunna give you all the shit that you do not want. If you are living in the mountains (as you say) you can still gather a bunch of rocks and make a fire pit. Start a nice camp fire. Take a stick from a tree, stick it through a hunk of real chicken and cook it on the pit. There's your good protein.

You have enough electricity to run a refrigerator, a small convection oven and a steamer?? If you do you can just about make anything with no cooking knowledge!!

What do you do? Wrestle bears for weight training?
What are you doing out in the mountains?
I would stock up on Oats, Sweeties, Beef, Greens (Even if it's just salads). Greens are pretty sweet deal if you can't steam/cook em off. I'd try cooking a big batch of rice that way it lasts for the week. (Rice is good for a few days, as long as it stays in the fridge!) Hard boiled eggs have good shelf life as long as you keep it in the shell or in water, in the fridge.
What else boys? Help this little guy out so he can grow!
If you seriously can hunt do it up!!! That be fucking sweet! Try and get your hands on proteins that you like.. Grains like wheat germ, oat bran, rice bran, quinoa, wild rice all have a good ratio of proetins to carbs. Don't forget little things like cottage cheese, and your greek yogz too...
You just have to be dedicated to cooking sundays and set yourself up for the week...
Beans!!! great bulking food too!
