Cutting Question: Opinions Wanted
let me start by stating my schedule can get quite hectic, therefore i find myself putting down 1 or 2 more protein drinks than i want to rather than eating whole foods. typically i will have 4 good whole food meals and 2 protein shakes or 3 whole food meals and 3 protein shakes during the course of my day. i have been doing fasted cardio practically every morning, and following is when i down my 1st shake of the day. i am also doing more cardio at the end of the day which results in another protein shake going down.
so my question is that too many protein shakes for someone to be consuming while cutting leading to poor results?

U need to drop the shakes down and get some real food in there fish r chicken.

if you know youre busy then you have to plan appropriately. pack food the night before. take breaks to go shovel down a meal. it only takes 3-5min to scarf a sandwich or some meat and veg down

I drink 2 protein shakes a day but i dont count them as my meals. I eat 7-8 meals a day of FOOD.

I replaced my protien shakes with liquid egg whites. 100% protien no fat no cholesterol

The only shake I do when cutting is post work out with 2 scoops protein, 2tsp creatine and 2 scoops bcaa's. Once in a blue moon I have a 2nd shake for snack, other than that its 4 or 5 solid meals a day and 1 PW shake.

It's about 26 g I believe.. I use a scoop of protein with that when I do that method but right now I just eat eggs and a scoop of protein and some oats
