i am interested in seeing how most of you guys out there eat. ive been seeing a lot of dudes make excellent progress in little time, and even though i am currently in a slump with my diet i did start out with what i thought was a great meal plan. i know this may seem like a lot of work for most of you, but seeing how different body types respond to said diet plans would benefit a lot of members here.

let me start with my cutting diet i started with several months ago as follows:

Meal 1: Shake (50g protein powder & 4 oz oatmeal)
Meal 2: 6 egg whites, 4 whole eggs, 1 oz of diced turkey, & 8 oz wild/brown rice mixture
Meal 3: 2 cans of tuna, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Meal 4: protein shake (50g protein power)
Meal 5: 8 oz of ground turkey, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Meal 6: 6 egg whites, 4 whole eggs
Meal 7: 16 oz of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
