As I mentioned I got pretty sick over the weekend. Ive been moving pretty slow but trying to keep up with the orders and emails.
I do sincerely apologize for my crappy communication this week- I hate it when this happens and feel bad about it. I normally keep my email response times to less than 12 hours but definitely have not been even close to that lately.
In 2014, I am planning on implementing some new systems to make the ordering process less complicated, go smoother, and prevent issues like this when I get sick. I am going to be passing a lot of the communications to my reps here at BoP: Tattz, Hard At It, and Bionic Redneck and that will allow me to spend more time keeping on top of stocking product and processing orders ASAP.
I am now caught up on my emails/orders, or should be. If there is anyone out there who I have not gotten back to, PLEASE email me again in case my response did not go through to you.
