Hey bros, I just heard back from EGH rep, Tattz... He confirmed Erik is just a little delayed due to an illness... Tattz replied back to me in under an hour so I think were all good! Still keeping fingers crossed though LOL!
Yes, you have messaged me and I have responded to everyone. We didn't want to go public, but I see some people do. Erik had a medical emergency, and was unable to respond and process orders as fast.
Everyone is used to 3 day delivery. We tend to get spoiled. Realize , we all have lives and get sick, have accidents, ect. Just like everyone else. The difference is, YOUR waiting on us. So those life issues are ignored and people freak out when the usual TA is not reached. I assure you, everything will fly as before. I hear all the time, "I'm in a pinch " well don't let yourself get in that situation. The old timers can remember when your gear came in months not days.
If you have issues, us reps can and have addressed each one that has came our way. We will continue to to get you guys outstanding product in an ample time.
Please remember life happens before you start threads like this. I have spoke with you. Guess that wasn't enough.
Very interesting. I had a pack come in a week and a half ago. Order process was amazing as usual.

I've tried telling people be patient. Rome wasn't built in a day.
I just want to get one thing clear. I didn't start the thread. I was concerned because I went with normal protocal which was if my package delivery exceeded the time that it was supposed to arrive that I should sent a "TRACKING" email through the encrypted email that erik provided which i did. I think you guys have been great to me up to this point, but I am in the dark with lack on communication on what is going on with MY order. A simple email with a time frame or something of that matter would be fine. I don't care if I wait a couple weeks, but if the sponsor says one thing and another happens then am I suppose to sit on my hands and pray that things happen? I think your products are great, but communication on where MY order at is key. I speak highly of you guys and have never had a bad product. I PM'ed pain about the issue and then the thread was created. Im not out to put anyone on blast, but in all realistic perspectives we are dealing with money and I have been burned plenty of times, but I thought this forum was to post your concerns and thats what I did because I wasn't informed on what was going on with MY order. I don't think thats out of line in any way.
