Ok so there were some changes recently when I reconfigured my ordering and payment system.
These changes were made to prevent orders who paid properly from getting backed up/slowed down/delayed.
The main thing people are still missing, even though I mention it on the list and in my emails, in bold, with stars and all sorts of fancy characters to get your attention....
THERE IS A DIFFERENT WEBPAGE YOU USE TO SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT THROUGH THE LIST WEBPAGE OR YOU WILL GET EXACTLY WHAT I WARN YOU ABOUT IN MY EMAIL....
Payments get sent to a completely separate email account, which no one will have the email address for. No one can clog up that inbox, and no one can delay orders for people who help me make the ordering process go smoothly.
Thank you to those of you who can read and pay attention.
In summary, the basic steps:
1)Copy/paste template from list into message box.
-----Copy/paste items directly as written on the list, into the message box.
-----Fill out requested information.
-----Wait for my email reply with further instructions.
2) Get your reload card, send your western union, etc- or what ever payment method I offer you in my email.
---Take photos of your reload card (if that's what we are using for your order), as well as receipt. They must be CLEAR, and show the entire receipt/reload pack.
---Use the link that is in my email to the secure form that is ONLY for payments (NOT THE LIST PAGE!**)
---Email/text the photos to [email protected] and put your reference number in the subject line and or the message field with the picture.
3) Receive gear lightening fast.
Simple enough, right? Just read the email and the list. I have all of the instructions and information you should need to know on there...please be courteous enough to read what I took the time to write.
