      I am very disturbed by the thread posted by Wook today. More so, I am very disappointed that I did not get the opportunity to defend myself (and by merely copying and pasting the conversation between rocky and myself, make their points/comments invalid) -- Rocky informed me LAST NIGHT that it was an issue with CVS and the reload was messed up to begin with. That thread was posted this morning.

      Instead, I get my reputation trashed, no way to defend myself, and had already even made arrangements to ship his order anyways!

      To those who are only somewhat aware of went on, it looks like I could have stolen rocky's money and was just pressured into just shipping the order. Not even close to what went on here. Now I am hearing from my reps about people wanting to cancel order requests over this.


      I wish I had been aware of went on here, before I spoke with PAIN via email this morning. We worked together to get Rocky's situation fixed- I had actually been thinking on a way to help the guy out all night...and arranged to ship his order to him when I spoke with PAIN. This was all before I even saw that thread.


      I'm out $11,000 stolen by Incomm (MyVanilla) in May...in ONE DAY....money I saved to re-stock and pay some medical bills. Nobody cares about that.
      But for $435, an issue like this is made.


      Now rocky will his money back from CVS, he gets his order out of my pocket, along with everything extra everyone else sent him because they think "erik stole his money."
      It's great the community reached out to help him. I really think it's great. But after seeing this...Let's just say I have mixed feelings about it as should anyone else who reads the whole story. I don't care if he ends up sending me the money down the road. My reputation just got ran through the mud for nothing and you can't un-do that.


      I am disgusted, confused, and honestly feel betrayed, after all of the GOOD things I have done for so many of you. I don't know what to say.

      Being generous was a mistake on my part.

      I hate to see this Erik. You've been a stand-up guy in this community time and time again, and a friend to many of us. I tried to convince the community to give you some time to get things back to fully operational after your down-time, but your list is too sought after for those to listen. You'll always have a place here aslong as you are around and will always have my unbiased support. Keep producing quality, and you will ALWAYS have a good reputation.

      I am going to stay a loyal EGH Customer bro!! medical issues can cause huge setbacks.. and people are so used to domestic being so FAST! I remember the INT days i would wait 30-60 days or more for packs...

      I agree that it was kinda bullshit that people that weren't even involved went on a witch hunt! Erik is one of the senior sponsors here and has never screwed anybody over. All this seems to be a problem that was out of control of both Rocky and Erik. I'm sure everything can be worked out and nobody loses any credibility. I do think if Rocky gets his money back that Erik should be paid for his products. Ok, bring it in fellas for a group hug....

      i think that whole thread should be deleted... just imo. i do agree if product was shipped and arrives erik should be paid. Issues Happen!! This is part of this game!! This is not amazon

      I am glad to see you chime in on this Erik. I think i can speak for everyone that it would be great to see you have more of a presence on the site from time to time.

      I think this is more of a communication thing that got out of hand and I hope the communication thing doesn't happen again.

      Also we have explained to rocky how to go about better approaching this type of issue in the future and he has apologized for letting it get out of hand.

We know how to handle these situations and keep them organized without letting them spiral out of control.

      I will be 100% honest here. This is a brotherhood and that's awesome but sometimes people have to relax a little. Two weeks it took to fix this, two weeks is not a huge deal in my opinion. So, there was a mix up, Erik didn't know Rocky paid, Rocky didn't know the money wasn't loaded or whatever. But then guys start sending out gear to Rocky and everybody is bashing a stand up sponsor???? And Pain cancels an auction to cover this issue??? I really think you guys need to get all the facts before things start getting out of hand.
