Initial contact: 72 hours (3 business days) at most is "normal" - I aim for 24 hours or better response time. (Business days...monday-friday)
Once you send your payment: 48 hours maximum can be considered "normal" - if you haven't heard back after 48 hours, PLEASE contact a rep and have them check on your order. Be sure to give them the information they need- reference number, email address used to place the order and send payment, and an accurate timeline of when you sent order / payment. If you aren't satisfied with their answer or if they only say "I'll check on it" and you never hear back, PLEASE try and contact them again. If that fails, get ahold of a moderator or PAIN and they will make sure I am contacted.
That being said, I try to confirm as soon as humanly possible. I do sleep sometimes, and I do have to work in the lab, so please understand if it's not a 5 minute response time like I used to have. Most situations you will probably hear back from me initially within 1 business day, and hear back a confirmation of payment within 1 business day.
Once you get confirmation of payment, 2-5 business days is normal to see your arrive.
Also, we will be transitioning to an online store with a shopping cart method - so those of you who are confused by the ordering process or think it's too hard, rest easy. It's about to get as simple as it can get once I get the website finished and put all of the products into the catalog.
