Hey guys,

OK so as a lot of you know, I have been having payments sent through a different webpage than the order requests.

Now, when I originally wrote the email I had a link to the "more detailed instructions on how to use reloads" page, AND the "payment submission page". Well, that more info page links to the same account as my order requests....and I think when I made the second version of the email template, I used the same link in both spots....sending people to the more info page instead of the payment page.

I've been telling people they're using the wrong page, but it seems that about half the time when I sent out a reference number I was sending the wrong link. (I was using two different templates that I thought I had written the same, aside from the payment instructions). Long story short, this is my fault and i feel like a dick.

I sincerely apologize to everyone.

I am correcting the issue and taking on a whole different approach to this anyways. Im still working on building the website, and all of this nonsense will be a thing of the past very shortly.

I sent an order request through the list site this past weekend, are orders still being done this way?

yeah orders are still going as they always have. the website shopping cart is not finished (and on second thought i will log in and "close it for maintenance" to prevent any confusion)

I do it all myself bro. Being in this business, the more people involved the more risk there is. Im just working on it as I have time- I may just have to shut down for a couple days to finish it up and make it look pretty but I want to make sure I get everyone that has been waiting, taken care of, before I do that.

The site is ugly right now because I was just in the stages of learning how it works and how to do it, set a plan to finish it and transition over to it....and then went back to answering emails from people who were and are still waiting.

Awesome thanks for the update brother. Just wanted to make sure I'm doing things correctly since your updated process.

As for your website, download a program like dreamweaver or frontpage, it will make things a lot easier building from a GUI vs coding.

Yeah, someone else mentioned dreamweaver. Im gonna look into that and see what I can come up with.

Not to worry, if you sent me an email I am gonna get back to you either way- whether you got it right or not. im just still catching up on old emails and its not going as fast as I had hoped.
