OK so as a lot of you know, I have been having payments sent through a different webpage than the order requests.
Now, when I originally wrote the email I had a link to the "more detailed instructions on how to use reloads" page, AND the "payment submission page". Well, that more info page links to the same account as my order requests....and I think when I made the second version of the email template, I used the same link in both spots....sending people to the more info page instead of the payment page.
I've been telling people they're using the wrong page, but it seems that about half the time when I sent out a reference number I was sending the wrong link. (I was using two different templates that I thought I had written the same, aside from the payment instructions). Long story short, this is my fault and i feel like a dick.
I sincerely apologize to everyone.
EGH Labs tren is also very strong, for anyone who is curious...
I am correcting the issue and taking on a whole different approach to this anyways. Im still working on building the website, and all of this nonsense will be a thing of the past very shortly.
Again, I am very* sorry to those of you I bitched out / said try again.
