I was working late last night trying to finish getting through all of those late emails. I was clearing out some junk and some "replied to" emails, and all of the sudden the next thing I know my inbox is completely empty. There is no 'deleted' folder on anonymousspeech...it's part of the security there. I have no way of recovering any of the emails I haven't responded to unfortunately.
I would really like to respond to each and every one of you who contacted me; you all deserve a response whether it was just a question, an order request, or even just saying hey what's up. I appreciate each and every one of my bros (and sisters) in this community and don't want this to come across as me not caring that you waited so long for a response.
I was pulling a 36 hour work day just to try and get everything caught up as I felt bad about my slow response time. I really do feel shitty about it- this is not how I like to run my business, and I can't have pride in what's going on. I am doing everything I can to fix the situation, so if you all can/are willing to work with me, we'll get you what you need!
I've been feeling GOOD and healthy for almost two weeks now. I'm pretty confident that these health issues are smoothing out and business will return to the old 2-3 day t/a very shortly. A lot of payments are going to end up as WU, CIM, etc- as greendot is popping cards after ONE reload based on being from a different state, but once payment is received you will get your stuff very quick.
Once I receive a tracking number on your cash in mail, I pack the order and have it ready to ship. As soon as one of my several receiver(s) confirms that your magazine subscription has been paid for, your pack ships that day or the following business day.
So...to recap...
If you have sent ANY emails regarding important questions, order requests, or payments and have NOT heard back from me yet, **PLEASE RE-SEND THEM**. If you are not interested in ordering any longer, I understand as some have waited 2 weeks for a response. And for that I sincerely apologize.
Orders that were replied to and given reference numbers for are just fine- it's only the emails that I lost.
